About these Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to our use of words, photos, images, data, information, or other "User Generated Content" (“Content”) that you upload, post or share using a third-party website or platform including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter (“Third Party Platform”) and used on our website, other marketing channels, or on social media platforms owned by Designer Icons.

Our Use of the Content

1. From time to time, we work with an authorized service provider to select content for Third Party Platforms for use with Designer Icons Media.
2. The content we select and use is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. To be selected as a participating contributor, you must be at least 16 years old and have access to a valid and genuine Third Party Platform account.
4. You do not need to purchase anything from Designer Icons to contribute content to Designer Icons Media.
5. If we wish to use your Content on Designer Icons Media, we will contact you on the relevant Third Party Platform and ask for your consent to use your Content. If you agree to allow the content to be used in Designer Icons Media, please reply with the hashtag "#yesDesigner Icons". By agreeing to us in this way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the terms of use of any relevant Third Party Platform.
6. To release the agreed content to us, you must reply to us directly in the same chat, in a thread, or in a private message using the hashtag "#yesDesigner Icons". If you do not respond within 7 days, we will assume that you do not consent to our Use of Content and your Content will be deemed not to be used by Designer Icons Media.
7. By consenting to our use of your Content, you will:

• make sure the content is an original creation and not a copy from a third party.
• acknowledge that your content may appear on Designer Icons Media; and
• grant Designer Icons and its affiliates non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual rights and licenses without compensation for the use of the content contained in these Terms and Conditions;
• ensure that you have all the rights necessary to allow us to use your Content;
• confirm that your creation and use of your Content in any Designer Icons media is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
• warrant that Your Content does not infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade, privacy or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party and that your Content is free of viruses and other malware; and
• disclaim any moral rights you may have in your Content, such as any rights you may have to be named as the Content author or to protect the integrity of your Content.

1. You allow us to redesign, archive, duplicate, distribute, view, publicly execute and / or replay the Content or any portion thereof, make it publicly accessible, and cut, edit the Content or any portion thereof.
2. If the Content is corrupted, inappropriate, unreadable, or does not comply with these Terms of Use, we will not accept your Content.
3. You agree that we may choose not to use your Content or may choose to remove your Content from Designer Icons Media at any time. You agree that you will not receive any payments or other rewards if you use the Content on Designer Icons Media.
4. If you remove any content you post to us from the Third Party platform where it was originally posted, it will only be removed from Designer Icons Media if you link to our third party platform, but may reasonably delay due to technical reasons. If we use your content on an unlinked Third-Party platform, your content is not automatically removed from Designer Icons media, and if you no longer wish to publish your content on the relevant Designer Icons media, please contact our Customer Service to notify us of your request. Once notified, we will delete your content within a reasonable time.
5. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any damage, injury or loss suffered from the use of your Content.
6. We will only use personal information you provide to post your content, unless you give us your consent to use your personal information for other agreed purposes.
7. These Terms are governed by English law and any dispute in relation to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
